A 12-week training plan that meets you where you are and gets you ready to race.
Train hard,
have the craic and
get the work done.
The training is serious, but the atmosphere isn't.
You’ll meet new people, enjoy your training and get properly prepared for race day.

Race Booked, or still thinking about it. Both work.
- You have a race booked and want a plan instead of a guess
- You have raced before and want to take real time off your result
- You have not booked anything yet, and you want to be ready before you do
Most people book a HYROX and then train for it by doing hard workouts and hoping. It works until the running on tired legs starts.
Then the wheels come off somewhere around station 5.
The people who finish strong trained for what the event actually asks of them.
That is what we coach.
